Australian Bookkeeper

Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Australian Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Assist in the preparation and filing of BAS, IAS, and other statutory returns • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies RequirementsQualification: • CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com Experience: • Minimum 1-2 years in bookkeeping or accounting Skills: • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks Online (QBO),and XERO What’s in it for You? • Competitive pay with performance rewards • People-first, growth-oriented culture • Continuous learning & global exposure • Clear leadership and long-term career path
