Qualification: Bcom and CMA or Inter-CMA

Experience: two to ten years

Role Overview:

The role provides critical support to the Cost & Management Accounting function, focusing on accurate cost tracking, analysis, and reporting to aid financial planning, control, and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure reliable cost data and contribute to improving financial transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and analysis of product costing, standard cost updates , and variance analysis
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to cost accounting
• Help in compiling and maintaining cost allocation reports for different cost centers and production lines
• Collect and analyze data for overhead absorption, WIP valuation , and inventory costing
• Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost inputs
• Assist in developing cost control measures , identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements
• Participate in the preparation of internal management reports and dashboards
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to cost records
• Help ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls
