Dyeing Manager

Job Description :- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day dyeing operations. Ensure fabrics are dyed as per approved shade standards and customer specifications. Monitor dyeing recipes, chemical consumption, and process parameters to achieve consistent quality. Optimize machine utilization, production efficiency, and manpower productivity. Minimize shade variation, fabric defects, reprocessing, and wastage. Ensure timely completion of dyeing orders in line with production schedules. Coordinate with the Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Planning teams to meet shipment deadlines. Monitor fabric quality, colour fastness, shrinkage, GSM, and other physical parameters.
