Role Description:
The Hindi Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Hindi lessons to primary school learners, aligned with the school’s curriculum and teaching standards.
Daily tasks include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, using interactive teaching methods, assessing student progress, and maintaining detailed records of learning outcomes.
The teacher will manage classroom activities, create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi language learning with broader educational goals.
Additional responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, organizing language-based activities and assemblies, communicating regularly with parents or guardians, and participating in staff meetings and professional development.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kothari International School in Noida.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Hindi, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. is preferred.
- Strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with a focus on primary-level learners.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education, including planning structured, age-appropriate lessons in Hindi.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues clearly and respectfully.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with the ability to teach reading, writing, and comprehension to young learners.
- Prior teaching experience in a school setting, ideally in primary classes and within CBSE or similar curricula.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and classroom resources to support interactive learning.
- Strong classroom management skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach that supports diverse student needs.
- Commitment to holistic development, including participation in co-curricular activities, events, and school initiatives.
