Job Summary: Florida Paralegal - ProbatePay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, in-office in Boca Raton, Full timeHuth, Pratt & Milhauser is a well-established Florida law firm focused on Estate Planning, probate, trust, and estate administration and litigation seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its growing team.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple matters at various stages of Probate, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and the team.Key Responsibilities:Assist with probate cases from initial consultation through closing.Prepare probate documentsCase management, scheduling and calendaring.
