Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Officer to identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad. The candidate will generate quality leads through multiple channels, maintain a database of potential students, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate prospective student leads through cold calling, telemarketing, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media, online platforms, referrals, and other outreach methods.
• Identify potential students interested in study abroad opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to introduce study abroad services and assess students' interest.
• Collect and maintain accurate information regarding students' academic backgrounds, preferred destinations, and study plans.
• Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales and admissions team.
• Maintain and update lead databases, and daily lead generation reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct cold calls and communicate effectively with prospective students.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, sales, and customer outreach techniques.
• Familiarity with Excel and online communication tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or the study abroad industry will be preferred.
• Target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
