Field Executive (Interior)

<p>The Field Management Trainee will support the execution of outlet recce, project audits, and field reporting activities. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to understand retail fit-out execution, quality audits, vendor coordination, and project documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in project execution and field operations. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p><em>Outlet Recce </em> </p><p>· Conduct outlet/site surveys along with vendors and branch teams. </p><p>· Capture site measurements, photographs, and observations. </p><p>· Report potential site challenges and assist in identifying practical solutions. </p><p><em>3D Coordination </em> </p><p>· Coordinate with the design team for preparation and finalization of 3D visualizations. </p><p>· Assist in collecting site inputs required for design approvals. </p><p><em>BOQ Support </em> </p><p>· Assist in reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure project requirements are accurately captured. </p><p>· Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ-related clarifications. </p><p><em>Work-in-Progress (WIP) Audits </em> </p><p>· Visit project sites to monitor execution progress. </p><p>· Verify work against approved specifications and report any deviations. </p><p>· Support timely closure of observations with vendors and internal teams. </p><p><em>Final Audit &amp; Project Closure </em> </p><p>· Participate in final project inspections. </p><p>· Verify completion of work as per quality standards. </p><p>· Support documentation required for project handover and closure. </p><p><em>Repair Work Audits </em> </p><p>· Inspect repair and maintenance activities at project sites. </p><p>· Ensure repairs are completed as per approved quality standards. </p><p><em>Photo Documentation </em> </p><p>· Capture and maintain pre- and post-execution photographs of Fixture &amp; Installation (F&amp;I) and repair works. </p><p>· Ensure timely sharing of project documentation with relevant stakeholders. </p><p><em>Reporting &amp; Documentation </em> </p><p>· Maintain project trackers and update audit records. </p><p>· Prepare weekly and fortnightly project status reports and presentations. </p><p>· Assist in preparing monthly completion reports and dashboards. </p><p>· Conduct market visits and share observation reports with the reporting manager. </p><p><strong>Desired Skills </strong> </p><p>· Good communication and coordination skills. </p><p>· Willingness to travel extensively across project locations. </p><p>· Strong observation and analytical skills. </p><p>· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. </p><p>· Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. </p><p>· Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. </p><p><strong>Eligibility </strong> </p><p>· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, Management, or related fields preferred). </p><p>· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. </p><p><strong>Training &amp; Career Growth </strong> </p><p>The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training covering: </p><p>· Outlet recce and site survey process </p><p>· Project execution and quality audits </p><p>· BOQ basics </p><p>· Vendor coordination </p><p>· Project reporting and documentation </p><p>· Retail fit-out execution standards </p><p>Successful trainees will gradually take ownership of field projects and project audits based on their performance. </p>
