We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead new client acquisition for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition solutions across the South India region. This is an individual contributor role focused on closing high-value, high-budget enterprise deals, with a strong preference for professionals who have previously sold to GCCs (Global Capability Centres) or large enterprise clients. Job Role: Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets through high-budget enterprise deals. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging network and outreach strategies across RPO, leadership hiring, and GCC solutions.
