The Successful Applicant * 3+ years' experience with a top-tier general contractor * Background with large national or regional builders preferred * Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related * Experience in healthcare, education, data centre, or industrial projects * Exposure to occupied space projects strongly preferred What's on Offer * Salary $90,000-$120,000 depending on background * Clear progression path to Project Manager * Healthcare, benefits package, and long-term stability
