Job Description
TrustThink is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, modern user interfaces for software applications supporting government and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with hands-on software development experience. We are looking for someone who can take an application concept from initial wireframes and screen designs through functional implementation, with particular experience designing and developing mobile applications.
This position requires the ability to work independently, collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders, and translate complex technical requirements into effective user experiences. This is an On-Site position and requires a Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop wireframes, screen layouts, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Implement user interfaces using modern front-end development frameworks and technologies.Design and develop mobile application interfaces for iOS and/or Android platforms.Collaborate with backend developers and systems engineers to integrate interfaces with application services and APIs.Establish reusable UI components, design patterns, and consistent application styling.Incorporate usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations into application designs.Translate customer requirements and operational workflows into practical application interfaces.Support iterative development, testing, and refinement based on stakeholder feedback.
Required QualificationsActive DoD Secret security clearance.Demonstrated experience in both UI/UX design and front-end software development.Experience designing application screens, workflows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.Experience developing user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Experience with mobile application development using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or equivalent.Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and modern UI/UX practices.Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs or other backend services.Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ECUs and Fill Devices (e.g., SKL)
