Key Responsibilities:Manage clinical trial vendor sourcing, RFPs, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and execution.Negotiate vendor budgets, service rates, payment schedules, and contract terms.Oversee vendor contracts, change orders, financial reconciliation, and issue resolution.Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Quality, Finance, and external vendors to drive cost savings and vendor performance.
Mandatory Requirements:5+ years of clinical trial outsourcing or related clinical research experience within the pharma/biotech industry.Expertise in complex outsourcing models supporting Clinical R&D and Phase I–IV outsourced services, including CROs, core labs, biomarker services, and central labs.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex procurement categories.Experience with Phase I–IV clinical trial vendor contracts.Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and systems to improve organizational efficiency and cost controls.Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
Preferred: Laboratory service agreement experience; CRO contract experience is acceptable. xzbcwsv Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
