Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) | Territory: PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and establish GA International as the preferred labeling and laboratory traceability solution partner across India.

Business Development Manager (BDM) – GA International
Reporting To:
Business Director / Founder
Experience Required:
3–5 Years of relevant experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, Diagnostics, Laboratory Consumables, Scientific Sales, Laboratory Automation, Laboratory Labeling Solutions, or related industries.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Life Sciences
- Biomedical Sciences
- Molecular Biology
- Pharmacy
- Biotechnology Engineering
- Any equivalent Life Science discipline
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute PAN India business development strategies for the GA International portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities across assigned market segments.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account penetration and customer acquisition.
Key Account Management
Develop and manage relationships with:
- Pharmaceutical Companies
- Biopharmaceutical Companies
- Cell & Gene Therapy Companies
- Biotechnology Companies
- CROs & CDMOs
- Diagnostic Laboratories
- Hospitals
- IVF Centres
- Blood Banks
- Biobanks
- Academia & Research Institutes
- Food Testing Laboratories
- Environmental Testing Laboratories
- Forensic Laboratories
- Government Research Organizations
Channel Development
- Develop and manage channel partners across India.
- Recruit and onboard new distributors where required.
- Support channel partners through technical discussions and commercial coordination.
- Conduct joint customer visits with channel partners.
Direct Account Development
- Identify strategic direct accounts.
- Build relationships with decision makers.
- Lead customer presentations and solution selling.
- Convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Product Promotion
Promote GA International solutions including:
- Cryogenic Labels
- Laboratory Labels
- Laboratory Identification Systems
- Barcode Solutions
- RFID Solutions
- Laboratory Traceability Solutions
- Laboratory Safety Labels
- Color Coding Systems
- Laboratory Printing Solutions
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:

Customer Engagement
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
