Our elite global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Director level credit analyst to model, evaluate, monitor and assess the credit worthiness of fund financing facilities, asset financing facilities and investment debt products issued by investment funds, private credit funds and other related institutional and private investors.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a lead analyst in modeling, evaluating, monitoring and assessing the creditworthiness of of fund financing facilities, asset financing facilities and investment debt products issued by investment funds, private credit funds and other related institutional and private investorsPerform capital structure, collateral and cash flow analysis and evaluate factors that can negatively affect creditworthiness of investment vehiclesAnalyze and evaluate consumer, esoteric and/or equipment ABS assetsConduct investor and issuers meetings and continuously monitor existing credit portfoliosPerform due diligence and risk management of investment processes and investment strategiesAuthor in-depth credit research reports for internal and external publicationPresent credit findings to internal credit committeesInteract with media, key financial market participants and investment finance professionals to discuss market and industry trendsAttend and participate in industry conferencesAssist with developing best practices, automation tools and analytical toolsSupervise, coach and mentor junior staff as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's DegreeCFA designation strongly preferred8+ years of relevant credit analysis or credit research experienceExperience analyzing fund financing facilities, fixed income products, or structured finance products preferredExperience analyzing consumer, esoteric and/or equipment ABS assets preferredAdvanced Excel modeling and quantitative financial xzbcwsv skills requiredDemonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize creditworthiness of complex fund structuresFundamental knowledge of private financial markets and private investment strategiesDemonstrated knowledge of fund finance products such as NAV loans, subscription credit lines, fund feeders, hybrid financing facilities, etc.Strong capital structure, collateral and cash flow analysis skillsProven ability to review and analyze legal documentation and fund structuresAdvanced communication, presentation and business writing skillsWell development interpersonal and relationship building skills
