The role involve handling incidents, service requests, change implementations and working closely with TAC , SOC and internal infrastructure team to ensure secure and seamless access to applications and internet services. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><li>Provide L3 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) </li><li>Troubleshoot private and internet application access issues. </li><li>Investigate and resolve user-reported incidents with defined SLA/TAT </li><li>Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and major incidents. </li><p><b>Policy Administration </b> </p><li>Create, modify and maintainURL Filtering PoliciesSSL inspection PoliciesFirewall PoliciesData Protection Policies Cloud Application Control PoliciesApplication Segmentation Policies in ZPA </li><p><b>Connectivity and Integration </b> </p><li>Support and Troubleshoot:Branch Connector deploymentsCloud Connector deploymentsPAC files and forwarding profilesTraffic forwarding configurationsApp connector deployments and health </li><li>Coordinate with network, server and application teams for connectivity issues. </li><p><b>Monitoring and Reporting </b> </p><li>Generate operation and management reports </li><li>Maintain dashboard for incidents </li><p><b>Change and Compliance Management </b> </p><li>Implement approved changes during maintenance windows. </li><li>Participate in CAB discussions and change review. </li><li>Maintain documentation, SOP’s, HLD’s and LLD’s. </li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. </li><p><b>Required Technical Skills </b> </p><li>Strong Hand’s-on experience with:Zscaler internet Access (ZIA)Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)Branch and Cloud Connector </li><li>Strong understanding of:TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLSRouting and Switch concepts </li><p><b>Mandatory Certifications </b> </p><li>Zscaler Certified Support Specialist </li><li>Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA) </li><p><b>Workplace type: </b> </p>On-site Working<br /><p><b>About NTT DATA </b><br />NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune </p><p>Global 100.
