Earthenhive Architects is a Multi-award winning sustainable design-led architecture and Interiors firm focused on contextual, nature-responsive, and narrative-driven spaces . we are looking for young architects who demonstrate curiosity, responsibility, architectural sensitivity, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in understanding how architecture translates from an idea into a built environment .

At Earthenhive, young architects are exposed to the complete architectural process — concept development, climate-responsive design, material exploration, working drawings, detailing, consultant coordination and construction sites.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of concept and working drawings
• Support 3D modelling and basic visualisation
• Work on construction drawings and detailing
• Assist in site meetings and coordination
• Support site engineer in project execution

Required Skills

• B.Arch degree
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp (working knowledge)
• Basic understanding of construction drawings
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Preferred Skills

• Revit / BIM exposure
• Rendering tools (V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion)
• Prior internship or site experience
