Analytics Solutions Manager- Vice President

<p>A hands-on leader (working manager contributing directly to delivery). Own cross‑site coordination and execution for FORCE in India. Align plans with global teams, run cadences, enforce standards/governance, manage risks, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes. Lead change management, data migration/automation sprints, and talent development with OKR‑anchored SLAs. </p><p>As an Analytics Solutions Manager- Vice President within our analytics organization, you will lead cross-site planning and execution, training and support models, and continuous improvement initiatives. </p><p>Job Responsibilities  </p><li>Cross‑site planning and execution: Operate joint planning, reviews, and stand‑ups; publish weekly status with risks/mitigations.  </li><li>Training and support model: Contribute actively to the development and execution of the end‑user training/service model. </li><li>Cycle‑time baseline and improvement: Reduce cycle times in process and production vs BAU.  </li><li>Governance and standards enforcement: Audit adherence to DUC, RBAC/ABAC, release/change controls, and documentation cadence.  </li><li>Data migration and automation sprints: Participate in the phased migrations to Databricks and the development and enhancement of automated dashboards; oversee decommissioning.  </li><li>Communications and executive engagement: Deliver concise, data‑driven updates; represent the site in forums. </li><li>Talent and capacity management: Recruit/onboard/upskill; optimize capacity to meet program OKRs.  </li><li>Incident/change/release management: Lead triage/post‑incident reviews; enforce release gates and rollback readiness.  </li><li>Continuous improvement: Run retrospectives and backlog refinements.  </li><p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  </p><li>Minimum 10 years in technology programs/operations; minimum 5 years in a leadership role </li><li>Experience coordinating global programs and executive stakeholder engagement </li><li>Background in cloud data/lakehouse delivery (Databricks), reporting automation, governance/compliance </li><li>Excellence in risk management, standards enforcement, Agile delivery, and people leadership </li><li><p>Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills </p> </li><p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  </p><li>Familiarity with BI platforms (ThoughtSpot/Tableau/Sigma), NLQ pilots, and LLM‑assisted documentation and dashboards </li><li>Experience establishing support SLAs, runbooks, and operating playbooks </li>
