About the Role
The IT Officer ensures smooth operation of SCG’s digital systems, providing user support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and system access.
- Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and escalate issues.
- Support deployment of business applications and ERP systems.
- Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Train employees on IT tools and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 0–3 years in IT support or system administration; new graduates are welcome .
- Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and office productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
