About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation plans. Manage Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV coordination. Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Lead and mentor Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and execution teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation before execution. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle. Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely project delivery. Support commercial management, change orders, cost control, and project profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects. Strong technical knowledge of Civil, Interior, and MEP project execution. Experience managing large commercial office fit-out projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Experience managing vendors, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
