About the Role

We are seeking a Sr Study Abroad Counsellor with a strong foundation in career-led international education guidance, particularly for US, UK, Europe & Singapore higher education pathways. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with students and families to build thoughtful, long-term academic and career roadmaps, rather than transactional admissions support.

You will play a key role in helping students make well-informed, high-stakes decisions by combining deep knowledge of the

US, UK, Europe & Singapore education system with a holistic understanding of career outcomes, fitment, and return on investment Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, end-to-end study abroad guidance for students aspiring to study abroad. Conduct in-depth student discovery and profiling covering academics, interests, career aspirations, financial considerations, and long-term goal Design custom study abroad pathways aligned to each student's career vision and strengths Advise students on high-quality and premium US, UK, Europe & Singapore programs, including: Undergraduate and postgraduate pathways STEM, Liberal Arts, Business, and interdisciplinary programs Program outcomes, employability, and post-study opportunities Support students through: Strategic university shortlisting based on fitment Application planning and timelines SOP and essay direction (providing structure, feedback, and strategy) Engage confidently with parents as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns around safety, outcomes, and long-term value. Stay current with trends in: The US, UK, Europe & Singapore higher education landscape Admissions processes and evaluation criteria Career outcomes and evolving student pathways The role requires to visit our location in South Delhi 5 days a week from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm.

Experience & Background

5-8 years of experience in career guidance, education advisory, or international education counselling Proven exposure to study abroad counselling, particularly for students targeting selective or premium programs Experience working in structured, process-driven counselling environments focused on student outcomes

Strong counselling and diagnostic skills Ability to take a career-first, student-centric approach to guidance Excellent communication skills with students and parents High standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple student journeys
