SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive B2B outreach from a remote Pakistan base, starting with the Norwegian market and expanding later. You will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and book high-quality meetings for Sperton’s CEO.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cold calling and inside sales, excellent English, and a proactive, independent work style. Norwegian language skills are a plus.
