Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to step-down patients in a fast-paced acute care setting. In this travel role, you will monitor complex, often post-ICU patients, manage telemetry, administer medications and IV therapies, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold best practices in safety and infection control.
