Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Gurgaon. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include performing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions, as well as educating patients and families on home exercise programs, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. The Physiotherapist is expected to uphold professional standards of practice, follow clinical protocols, and contribute to a positive, safe environment for patients and colleagues. Qualifications Possess strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in physiotherapy, including experience with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation. Demonstrate competence in patient education, including explaining treatment plans, exercises, and preventive care in clear, understandable language. Have solid documentation and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate clinical notes and follow regulatory and organizational guidelines. Show effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and valid registration or licensure as required by local regulations. Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage a clinical caseload in a busy on-site setting. Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated with evidence-based practices and emerging physiotherapy techniques. Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center is preferred; familiarity with working in an urban healthcare setting such as Gurgaon is an advantage.
