Sc. Physics educator at GP’s GURUKUL. The role involves planning and delivering engaging Physics lessons, explaining complex concepts clearly, and aligning teaching with academic and competitive exam requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and study materials, conducting classroom sessions and doubt-clearing tutorials, designing and evaluating assignments and tests, and tracking learner progress. The educator will provide academic guidance, maintain accurate records of performance, and collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum. Additional responsibilities may include organizing workshops, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of course content. <br />Qualifications <br />Strong foundational knowledge in core Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to explain concepts at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Competence in Radiation and Medical Physics, especially in applications relevant to advanced studies and competitive examinations. Demonstrated skills in Physics Education, including lesson planning, classroom instruction, and learner-centric teaching methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to support diverse learning styles. M. Sc. in Physics (or equivalent) from a recognized university; prior teaching or coaching experience is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage classroom dynamics, and use educational technology and digital tools effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, commitment to academic integrity, and readiness to participate in curriculum development.
