Role Description The Accounts Receivable Analyst role at GBG EV is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including generating and reviewing customer invoices, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate and timely collections. Day-to-day tasks include tracking outstanding receivables, following up with internal and external stakeholders on payment status, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing regular AR reports and dashboards for the finance and leadership teams. The role also involves supporting month-end closing activities, maintaining documentation for audits, and contributing to process improvements that enhance cash flow visibility and control. Collaboration with operations and finance teams is essential to align billing and receivables with fleet performance and contractual terms.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong billing process and invoicing skills, with experience generating, reviewing, and reconciling customer bills.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and a good understanding of finance to interpret data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers or partners regarding payments.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools, along with knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Noida in a dynamic, growing EV-focused business are important.
