Role: US HR Operations Executive Location: Chennai (Navalur) Shift timings: 6.30 pm -3.30 am IST Experience: 4 to 12 years of experience in US HR Operations Responsibilities : Oversee onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences. Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and manage personnel files in compliance with US regulations. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits.
