Established in 2004, N Arc Consulting is a leading power infrastructure, advisory, and consulting firm with over 22 years of experience, specializing in Project Management Consultancy (T& D) and substation design up to 765 k V, with a strong domestic and global presence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the growth of our power and energy consulting services.

Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and target market segments. Collaborate with senior management to define business goals and support the achievement of revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to ensure the company’s value proposition is effectively communicated Attend domestic and international conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish industry connections, generate business leads, and stay updated on emerging market trends Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the business development process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and competitive positioning Track and report on business development performance, including sales pipeline, key metrics, and progress toward goals.

Qualifications B. Tech/ B. E in Electrical; MBA (preferred) 10-12 years of working experience 5+ years of progressive BD experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in power consulting or the energy sector. Knowledge of energy market dynamics and regulations across different regions. Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role within the energy sector. Strong network within the power and energy industry
