Location: Vadodara (Preferred) | Ahmedabad | Mumbai

Lead end-to-end execution of mergers, demergers, capital reductions, buy back, slump sale, conversion from one form to another - company to LLP, LLP to company, firm to company, etc., conversion of private company to public company and public company to private company, and other corporate restructuring transactions under the Companies Act, 2013.

We expect the candidate to have worked extensively on such assignments.
