Influencer Partnerships Manager - Education Creator

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager to help one of India’s leading education creators build and grow their brand partnerships.

The creator has 1M+ followers across platforms, with a highly engaged audience of parents, teachers and educators in India and globally.

Your primary goal: bring in consistent, relevant paid brand collaborations, with a target of at least 4 successful brand deals every month.

What you’ll own:

• Identifying brands that are a strong fit for the creator and audience

• Proactively pitching and reaching out to brands/agencies

• Managing inbound brand enquiries

• Negotiating commercials and deliverables

• Closing partnerships and coordinating the collaboration through completion

• Building long-term relationships with relevant brands and agencies

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience getting brand deals for influencers/creators

• Strong existing understanding of the Indian influencer marketing ecosystem

• Experience in the education, parenting, kids or adjacent niches is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close paid partnerships

• Existing brand/agency relationships are a big plus

What we are offering: 

• Remote, work from wherever you like
• ₹35,000/month fixed + 10% of revenue from every paid brand partnership personally sourced and closed by you.
• Target: minimum 4 paid partnerships/month.
• Experience required: 1–2+ years managing brand partnerships for creators, with demonstrated experience in education/parenting/kids creators in India.

This can be structured as either commission-based or a monthly base fee + commission, depending on your experience and track record.
