Executive Leadership Opportunity | VP – Product Operations

One of India's Leading Wealth Management Companies is looking for an experienced VP – Product Operations to lead end-to-end product operations across a diverse investment and protection product portfolio.

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office

CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

VP – Product Operations

Lead operational excellence, digital transformation, regulatory governance, and scalable operating models across a wide range of financial products. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and external ecosystem partners.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 15+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Wealth Management, Broking, or Asset Management

✔️ 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-product operations and large cross-functional teams

✔️ Strong exposure to Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, Insurance, NPS, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other investment products

✔️ Experience in product implementation, operational transformation, digital initiatives, and technology-enabled process improvements

✔️ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational governance, audits, and risk management

✔️ Experience working with Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external ecosystem partners

NSE/BSE | NSDL/CDSL | Mutual Fund Operations | Insurance | NPS | KYC/CKYC | FATCA/CRS | AML | Process Mapping | Automation | STP | Operational Governance

The ideal leader will be responsible for improving operational SLAs and TAT, increasing automation and straight-through processing, reducing operational risks and errors, supporting regulatory and digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing customer experience.
