Manager - internal audit(it audit)

This position will report into Chief Audit Executive (CAE) of AGBS. Primary responsibility will include delivering the audits as per the agreed audit plan assigned to the resource. In addition, the position will also be responsible for other aspects such as team management, quality assurances, delivering on department specific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning: Assist the CAE or Lead in conducting a comprehensive risk assessment (including of the audit universe as a base for annual audit plan. Control Assessment: In addition to working on business audits, execute IT audits covering areas like artificial intelligence (AI), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), access management, business applications and other emerging areas of IT to provide recommendations for improvement. Preparation/on-going review of work papers in line with global audit quality standards. Reporting: Prepare audit reports in line with global audit methodology and assist in validation of management action plans. Collaboration: Work closely with business, IT, CSO and risk management to improve overall control environment. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging IT audit trends, tools, and technologies, especially in AI auditing and software development methodologies. Participate in training and professional development to enhance audit skills and knowledge. Provide mentoring to new comers of the team in terms of AXA values, delivering audits, maintaining work papers etc. Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with middle / junior management of the entity. Issue follow-up activities: Work closely with the management in following up for implementation of management action plans and getting them closed as per the defined timelines.
