Location: Bellandur, Kengeri & Bhartiya City

5 Days Working & 2 Days Off (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries exclusively through voice calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during every interaction.
• Maintain call quality and productivity standards.
• Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
