Investment Operations Associate | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is seeking an Investment Operations Associate for a growing private investment organization in Indianapolis. This position will support Limited Partner onboarding, investor records, subscription processing, reporting, and ongoing investor service within an emerging alternative-investment platform.This is an operational investor-relations position rather than a sales or capital-raising role. Onboarding and operations are the initial focus but the ability for growth to trading floor or development is great. The Associate will work directly with senior leadership and coordinate closely with fund accounting, compliance, legal, tax, and technology partners. The position offers exposure to private fund operations, systematic investment strategies, and internally developed financial technology.

ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding activities, documentation collection, approvals, and transaction processingMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsGather, review, and organize compliance, tax, identity-verification, and other required account documentationServe as a point of contact for administrative inquiries from clients, advisors, and external stakeholdersUpdate and maintain information within CRM, workflow, and document-management platformsAssist with the preparation and distribution of account reports, statements, correspondence, and periodic communicationsProcess account maintenance requests, record updates, banking changes, and other client-related transactionsCollaborate with finance, compliance, legal, operations, technology, and leadership teams to support day-to-day activitiesMaintain secure access to client-facing materials, shared resources, and electronic recordsPrepare operational reports, workflow summaries, activity tracking, and management reportingIdentify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, controls, and service deliveryDevelop a strong understanding of internal platforms and procedures while escalating issues as appropriate
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience1+ years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, fund administration, banking or financial client serviceSeries 66 license strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and experience managing deadline-sensitive financial documentationUnderstanding of investment accounts, private funds, capital accounts, NAV, or investor reportingStrong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM or document-management platformsProfessional communication skills and comfort working with investors and financial professionalsAbility to handle confidential financial information with sound judgmentInterest in systematic trading, financial technology, or investment-platform operationsAbility to work effectively in a small, entrepreneurial, and rapidly developing organization
