Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support activities. The candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Workday Adaptive Planning integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with finance and business stakeholders.
• Design and configure budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial models.
• Develop sheets, dimensions, accounts, assumptions, dashboards, reports, and planning workflows.
• Configure process management, access controls, and user permissions.
• Integrate Workday Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials, HCM, ERP, and other source systems.
• Perform data loading, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and transformation.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, user training, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, performance, and integration issues.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and follow implementation best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or enterprise performance management.
• Experience with at least two end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and FP&A processes.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive sheets, dimensions, accounts, formulas, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, Workday Integration Cloud, or ETL platforms.
• Good understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage implementation activities and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred.
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials or Workday HCM.
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity implementations.
• Knowledge of SQL, financial systems, and data-management concepts.
