Content Production Intern (YouTube)

<p><b>About the Role: </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>We're looking for someone who is obsessed with YouTube. </p><p>Not someone who just watches videos but someone who pauses to figure out why a video works, how it's shot, how it's edited, and why people keep watching. </p><p>You don't need years of experience. In fact, we'd rather have someone who has taught themselves by making videos, experimenting, learning from YouTube, or building personal projects than someone with a perfect resume. </p><p>If you're naturally curious, creative, and willing to hustle, you'll fit right in. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What You'll Do: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Assist in planning and producing YouTube videos from idea to upload. </li><li>Research topics, trends, competitors, and storytelling angles. </li><li>Help shoot planning, and production logistics. </li><li>Support shoots (camera, lighting, audio, behind-the-scenes). </li><li>Learn and contribute to video editing. </li><li>Preferred to have knowledge to create thumbnails and simple graphics (or learn to). </li><li>Brainstorm creative content ideas with the team. </li><li>Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to improve content quality and speed. </li><li>Continuously learn what makes content perform and apply those insights. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What We're Looking For: </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>We care more about <b>potential than pedigree </b>. </p><p>You might be a great fit if you: </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Are genuinely passionate about YouTube and online content. </li><li>Have learned skills on your own through YouTube, courses, or personal projects. </li><li>Have made videos—even if they're for your own channel, college, or Instagram. </li><li>Think creatively and enjoy solving problems. </li><li>Love learning new tools and improving every week. </li><li>Can take feedback without ego and iterate quickly. </li><li>Are proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do. </li><li>Have a strong work ethic and enjoy building things from scratch. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Bonus Points If You: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Know Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut. </li><li>Have used Photoshop, Canva, or Figma. </li><li>Understand thumbnail design. </li><li>Have basic camera or lighting knowledge. </li><li>Have experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar. </li><li>Have your own YouTube channel, Instagram page, or creative portfolio. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What You'll Learn: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>End-to-end YouTube production. </li><li>Storytelling and audience retention. </li><li>Professional video editing workflows. </li><li>Thumbnail strategy and visual design. </li><li>Content strategy and analytics. </li><li>AI-powered content creation workflows. </li><li>Working in a fast-paced creator environment. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Who This Isn't For: </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>This role isn't for someone looking to simply complete an internship for college credit. </p><p>It's for someone who wants to become an exceptional content creator, producer, or creative operator and is willing to put in the work to get there. </p>
