About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and relationship building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience who wants to build a career in enterprise software sales.

You will work closely with the founders to identify opportunities, engage prospective customers, schedule meetings, support product demonstrations, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

· Identify and connect with decision-makers in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

· Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations.

· Follow up with prospects and support the complete sales process.

· Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.

· Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

· Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.

Who We're Looking For

· 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or inside sales experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong desire to build a career in enterprise sales.

· Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.

· Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers.

· Highly organized, target-oriented, and self-driven.

· Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
