About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership sales, revenue growth and customer acquisition for the fitness and wellness unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to membership closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Drive membership renewals and improve customer retention.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Track leads, conversions, revenue and sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for sales campaigns and customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, premium retail or other service industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
