Kingswood is an independent Registered Investment Advisor and broker dealer. We provide wealth management, investment banking, and advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses. Our team is built on a commitment to client service, integrity, and long term growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for a Technology & Systems Manager located in our Midtown Manhattan, NY office, five days a week. This individual will serve as the firm’s first in house technology lead, with the goal of bringing our currently outsourced IT and website support functions in house. Responsibilities include day to day IT support, such as troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and video conferencing issues, as well as transitioning services from our outsourced IT provider and other third party tech vendors.The Technology & Systems Manager will also maintain the firm’s website and advisor resource center, and create and distribute newsletters and other digital communications.Beyond support, this individual will evaluate and improve the firm’s existing systems, lead the implementation of AI and automation tools across operations, and ensure all technology meets the security and compliance standards of a regulated financial services firm.We are seeking a candidate who is eager to grow alongside the firm. The ideal individual will take ownership of our technology, continuously improve our systems, and play a key role in developing the infrastructure that supports Kingswood’s continued growth. xzbcwsv This position offers significant opportunity for professional growth.Qualifications3+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technology operationsStrong experience administering Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, email, and permissionsExperience managing Adobe accounts and licensesExperience maintaining websites and content management systems, and creating email newslettersHands on experience with AI tools and a strong interest in identifying practical ways to integrate AI and automation into daily operationsAbility to evaluate, implement, and train staff on new AI driven solutionsExperience managing or transitioning services from outsourced IT providersKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protectionStrong problem solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical colleaguesLeadership potential and a desire to grow into a senior technology rolePreferredExperience with custodial platforms such as Raymond James, Charles Schwab, or RBCFamiliarity with financial technology platforms such as Orion, Black Diamond, Redtail, Wealthbox, DocuSign, and Global RelayBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldCompensation$75,000 to $85,000 base salary, plus benefits
