The role
You’ll own client projects from scoping and planning through to launch, as the main day-to-day contact for each customer. Projects vary in size and complexity, and many grow into long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with in-house developers, designers and solutions specialists to deliver on time and on budget.
You’ll be responsible for:Planning and running delivery: timelines, milestones, budgets and resourcingManaging client stakeholders, from a single contact to large cross-functional groupsRunning kickoffs, status meetings and retros that end with clear decisions and ownersKeeping risks, dependencies and change requests tracked and visibleProtecting scope, and presenting the impact of changes as clear optionsUsing AI tools to cut manual work, and suggesting better ways of working
About youExperience owning client-facing projects end to end, ideally at a digital agency, product studio or SaaS companyConfident managing external stakeholders and having difficult conversationsStrong delivery fundamentals: prioritization, risk logs, scope controlHands-on, curious and calm under pressure, with an owner’s mindsetInterested in how digital products and apps work (a technical background isn’t required)Bonus: experience delivering mobile apps or digital products for enterprise clients
