Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation, B. P. Ed., or M. P. Ed. Experience: Minimum 3 years of sports coaching. Certification: Sports Certification from National Federations or SAI/NIS. Track Record: Must have played at State or National level. Core Traits: Passion for sports, teamwork, and youth development. (1, 2)

Key Responsibilities

Student Performance & Analytics

Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels. Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans. Scout talent: Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams. Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. (1, 2)

Coaching & Operations

Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles. Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage. Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments. Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. (1)

Culture & Discipline

Enforce rules: Maintain code of conduct on and off the playground. Build character: Inculcate team spirit, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence. Include everyone: Drive maximum student participation in daily sports activities.
