Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and learner-focused Program Support Executive to coordinate with learners, mentors, and internal teams. The role involves managing class operations, resolving learner concerns, supporting LMS activities, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address learner queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Creating documents and presentations, research and development.
• Coordinate with mentors regarding sessions, doubts, feedback, and learner concerns.
• Manage class scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, and communication.
• Handle learner communities and publish relevant updates and resources.
• Support LMS activities, including content, access, and learner issues.
• Call learners for feedback, engagement, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Track concerns and coordinate with relevant teams until closure.
• Maintain program data related to courses, content, learners, and class delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support learner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
