Tata Electronics Private Limited is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics(a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Define program scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success metrics using phase-gate methodology. Coordinate design readiness, engineering deliverables, infrastructure setup, and factory readiness activities. Manage supply planning, procurement, production ramp-up, and shipment execution. Act as the primary customer interface for deliverables tracking, escalations, and program reviews. Monitor KPIs, project health, and drive cost-saving, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure ISO compliance through SOP management, audit readiness, and internal audits. Lead risk management, change management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination. Drive digitalization initiatives through project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools. Support budgeting, cost control, product costing, and ROI analysis. Facilitate team onboarding, capability building, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Essential Attributes

Previous experience in Program management, and a Junior level who can start as Project co-ordinator Program & Stakeholder Management Project Planning (MS Project, Excel, Power Point) Power BI, Tableau, Dashboards & Reporting Manufacturing Processes, GD& T, CMM & Statistical Tools ISO Standards, Audits & Root Cause Analysis Budgeting, Cost Tracking & ROI Analysis Lean, Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement Digital Transformation & Cross-functional Leadership Strong Communication, Problem-solving & Decision-making Skills

Qualifications

B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines

Experience:

2 - 4 years in Project Management Domain

Preferred Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) / PMI certification is desirable
