Cams Biometrics – Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai – Experience: 2+ yrs – Salary: up to 3.6 LPA

We are growing our sales team at Cams Biometrics, Chennai. This is a client-facing sales role focused on selling technology solutions to customers, including international clients. You will be engaging prospects, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, handling objections, negotiating, following up, and taking conversations through to closure.

This is a hands-on sales role . You won't just be making calls from a list. You will be expected to understand what the customer needs, understand our technology, communicate its value clearly, and build enough confidence for the customer to move forward.

You will work closely with our sales, technical and support teams. The role involves regular interaction with customers through calls, messages and online meetings. Professional communication and presentation are important because you will be directly representing Cams Biometrics to clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and comfortable selling to people outside their immediate market.

If you have experience selling products or services, are confident speaking with customers, and can hold a professional conversation with an international client, we want to talk to you.

Essential: Minimum 1 year of sales experience Excellent command and fluency in English Experience handling or communicating with international clients/customers Strong convincing and negotiation skills Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers Comfortable handling sales conversations through phone calls, text/Whats App and online meetings Confident and professional while interacting with clients on live video calls Strong follow-up discipline and a clear focus on sales closure Willingness to work from our office in Sholinganallur, Chennai

Also relevant: International sales / inside sales experience B2 B sales experience Saa S / IT / technology product sales Telecalling / telesales experience Luxury products or premium services in-store sales experience Customer-facing sales roles where persuasion and relationship building were important

Hindi: Not mandatory, but fluency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
