Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faisalabad. The Sales Executive will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote Aziz Steel’s products to construction firms, distributors, and industrial customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing and delivering proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms under guidance, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and assist in basic sales reporting and forecasting to support overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales skills in B2B or industrial products, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of steel or construction materials, or willingness to learn product specifications and industry standards.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple accounts, and maintain organized sales documentation.
• Comfort with using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools for reporting and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sales in Faisalabad or nearby regions is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work on-site in a dynamic, production-oriented environment.
