Job Description: About the role

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Senior Front Sales Specialist to join our growing e-commerce sales team.

Our company provides professional account management services for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces to businesses across the United States.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience handling US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable service packages.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Handle objections and maintain consistent client follow-ups.
• Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Previous e-commerce experience is not mandatory. Candidates with sales experience in web design, development, digital marketing, IT services, or other service-based industries are welcome. Complete product training will be provided.
