With significant autonomy and a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows, you will help shape how a modern product team operates. Your work will directly support the expansion of clean energy infrastructure and the decarbonization of commercial buildings.

Translate customer feedback and business requirements into clear product specifications, implementation-ready prototypes, and actionable guidance for engineering teams.
Define success metrics before launch, monitor product performance after release, and use results to guide future improvements and investment decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Sales, Marketplace Operations, and leadership to align priorities, resolve competing requirements, and maintain delivery momentum.
Make informed prioritization decisions by balancing user value, technical complexity, available resources, and commercial impact.

Experience designing and conducting customer interviews, synthesizing qualitative feedback, and translating research findings into product priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including the ability to align engineering, operations, sales, and leadership without creating unnecessary delays.
