Launch Support Engineer

Insight Global is hiring for a Launch Support Engineer – Closures to support Advanced EV vehicle launch activities. This role serves as the on‑site technical liaison between the Irvine, CA design team and manufacturing, quality, and launch teams at build facilities. The focus is launch execution, issue resolution, and cross‑functional alignment—not hands‑on design or TPM work.

We are looking for:Automotive experience with OEM launch supportStrong design engineering background with prior hands‑on experienceProven success in fast‑paced vehicle launch environmentsExperience reviewing xzbcwsv CAD in CATIA 3DX (CATIA V5 or Siemens NX acceptable)Strong understanding of GD&T, functional quality, steeling, and A‑surface concernsFamiliarity with issue‑tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)
