We're hiring a Transition Management Associate to help institutional investors move assets between managers and strategies.What You'll DoSupport the end-to-end implementation of client asset transitions across global equity and fixed income portfoliosCoordinate with asset owners, custodian banks, and legacy and target asset managersCoordinate trade implementation, monitor execution, and manage clearing, settlement and post-trade processesProduce pre- and post-trade analytics and help identify and manage implementation riskHelp build internal procedures and tools that make the process more scalable and reduce operational riskWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field0.5 to 5 years of capital markets experience; exposure to trading, settlements, operations or compliance preferredWorking knowledge of capital markets, investment operations and trading workflowsStrong spreadsheet and data analysis skills, and comfort working with large data setsClear written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholdersAbility to manage several workstreams at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentInterest in using AI and other technology to automate workflowsAttention to detail and a strong sense of ownershipSeries 7 and 63 registrations are required within six months of joining.CompensationCompetitive compensation and full benefits. xzbcwsv To ApplySubmit your résumé.
