Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and events.

• Handle end to end video production from setup and shooting to final edit.

• Operate i Phone camera, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment effectively.

• Create Reels, short form videos, interviews, BTS content, brand films, events, and campaign content.

• Develop creative visual ideas and translate concepts/scripts into engaging videos.

• Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and Account Management teams to bring ideas to life.

• Experiment with framing, camera movement, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.

• Repurpose long form footage into multiple engaging short-form videos.

• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and evolving video styles.

• Maintain and organise video assets and equipment while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video production, or social media content creation.

• Strong videography and video editing skills with a good visual eye.

• Comfortable shooting on i Phone and/or professional cameras.

• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, camera movement, sound, pacing, and retention.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar tools.

• Understanding of short-form content and Instagram Reels.

• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Ability to handle shoots independently from setup to final edit.

• AI/video editing tools are a plus.
