We're Hiring: Personal Assistant | Executive Assistant to Founder (Remote)

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder.

One moment you might be coordinating investor meetings, the next you could be booking international travel, researching the perfect birthday gift, making dinner reservations, coordinating with household staff, or ensuring everything runs smoothly when plans suddenly change.

If you enjoy solving problems, staying one step ahead, and making things happen, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting to Company Head and Founder
• Managing the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and schedules.
• Handling emails, follow-ups, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating personal tasks from appointments and reservations to visas, banking, and travel arrangements.
• If the nanny calls in sick, helping coordinate a backup plan.
• Finding the perfect birthday or anniversary gift (bonus points if you love thoughtful gifting!).
• Researching restaurants, planning family outings, and making reservations.
• Supporting events, meetings, and special occasions.
• Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion to work smarter and automate repetitive tasks.
• Being the person who keeps everything and everyone organized.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Founder's Office Associate.

✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

✔️ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

✔️ Startup experience is a plus.

✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools in your daily work.

✔️ Someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinks ahead, and genuinely loves making life easier for others.
