Company Description Lets Build Studio is a design-focused architecture and interior design practice based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, working across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Founded by architect Nagarajan Ramachandran, an alumnus of Meenakshi Amman College of Architecture with experience in Mumbai’s design ecosystem, the studio brings both regional understanding and wider national exposure to every assignment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Architect based in Madurai. The Fresher Architect will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and assisting with interior layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily responsibilities include working on design iterations, coordinating with senior architects, preparing presentation materials, and contributing to project documentation. The role also involves site visits under guidance, basic measurement and verification, and supporting smooth communication between the studio and project stakeholders. The position is designed for recent graduates who want hands-on experience in a design-driven studio environment and are eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution; fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software, along with basic 3D visualization skills.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, space planning, and functional layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Ability to prepare clear drawings, diagrams, and presentation boards; attention to detail in documentation and coordination.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with senior team members and follow design direction.
• Willingness to participate in site visits, learn construction processes, and understand local building standards and materials.
• Curiosity about context-sensitive design, sustainable practices, and user-centered spatial experiences.
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai and manage time effectively in a studio environment.
